We are under a tremendous amount of stress right now.

Please try not to notice how good-looking Richard Grannon is and listen to his message.  I’ve listened to many of Richard’s youtube videos and always take away something valuable.

    Lisa,
    Thank you for sharing this video. Yes, we’re all feeling incredibly stressed and the pressure to “disassociate” is profound. His advice is so helpful, to keep our consciousness as still as a lake through meditation, exercise, interaction with nature and engagement with others and being present in our bodies. The other road is co-dependency and psychosis. He’s right that we can see it happening around us. Oh, he’s easy on the eye too. 😉🙂

      Dora thank you for seeing the practical wisdom in his presentation. Yes, it was his looks that first caught my attention, but it is his excellent information that holds it.
