Bell is a portal.
Walking through,
when I think “bell”
I get caught up in pink French
silk with frills, creamy skin,
and heady perfume.
Another cache’s trigger pulled,
I giggle, after nearly fifty years,
while watching SNL’s skit,
“We need more cowbell!”

Sadly, the video was unavailable, Lisa, but the picture of the pink dress is a perfect illustration for your quadrille and made me think of ‘belle of the ball’, especially the ‘frills, creamy skin, and heady perfume’.

It seems to be hit or miss with the videos. I need to get into the habit of embedding them in the post so they can be watched at youtube. And yes GMTA :)

I notice when it is embedded a banner saying “watch on youtube” shows up and that makes it better, so I think yes.

Oh so very cool. Maybe I should look to Vimeo for dVerse videos for their “internationality.” I talked with my kids last night about the video, and one of my kids said that record producer (as played by Walken) is a real producer, which makes it all the funnier.
